Assemble and weld metal components according to cut sheets and shop drawings in a just in time fabrication shop using hand held welding or flame cutting equipment to join metal. This position is 80% TIG and 20% MIG.
Job Requirements
Must have strong TIG/MIG wire- feed welding and basic fabrication background. Ability to read and understand shop cut sheets and other shop drawing aids. Lift, carry, push or pull 1-50 lbs frequently. Sit, stand, and walk for 1-10 hours per day. Vo-Tech training or minimum of 5 years wire- feed welding experience.
