The Cutting and Forming lead directs and coordinates the activities of the Cutting and Forming Department employees and is responsible for quality control and production of the department so that high quality products are produced with a low rejection rate. This is a hands-on leadership position that includes working with the team as needed to meet daily goals in addition to daily leadership duties. Cutting and Forming department includes Laser, Brake, and Shear Operators. Monitor the department s performance for ways to improve quality and performance.
Job Requirements
Associates or Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred. Minimum 2-3 years demonstrated leadership experience Lift, carry, push or pull up to 65 lbs. Frequently. Sit, stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day Ability to work in a 40 -100 F work environment
