With decades of experience in Europe, we are now taking the next major step: establishing our first production site in the United States, Little Rock, Arkansas.

Job Requirements

Seeking a seasoned executive with a proven track record in industrial operations someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves and lead the launch of our U.S. Site from the ground up. This role combines strategic leadership with operational execution: you ll be on-site, making decisions, solving problems, and building the foundation for long-term success.
You ll act as the driving force behind construction, supplier setup, and production readiness, and then you ll transition into full site leadership, overseeing manufacturing, team development, and strategic growth.

Drive continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and efficiency
Manage site budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics
Represent the company in local partnerships and industry networks

Skills
10+ years of leadership experience in industrial manufacturing or operations
Proven success in launching or scaling production facilities
Strong technical and operational expertise, especially in machinery or vehicle production or steel
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on leadership style
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working across cultures and time zones
Fluent in English; German or French is a plus
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Willingness to travel internationally for extended training and collaboration
