The position is responsible for daily conversations with key customers on day to day business. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is energetic and a team player, with the willingness to learn.\nHandle office interactions with outside visitors. This includes greeting and directing guests, answering phone inquiries, and handling requests or complaints in a professional manner.\n\nBake cookies, put paperwork together for the customers, take their payment as they leave, file & scan documents into scanning system.
Job Requirements
Experienced as a front office receptionist. Experience using Microsoft: Excel, Word, Outlook -Excellent communication skills -Experience with communicating with customers as well as building positive relationships with everyone. Self-motivated, dependable, and organized. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task required
