- Candidate needs to be knowledgeable in basic math, measurements, symbols, and transformers (how to wire H&X). - Candidate should be able to explain PLC in detail. - Candidate should be knowledgeable in wiring diagrams and motors. - Needs industrial Maintenance/Manufacturing experience. - A minimum of 4 yrs. Heavy Electrical / Mechanical experience - Food Manufacturing is preferred but not required.

Essential Job Functions
Troubleshoots repairs and maintains plant machinery and equipment such as mixers, conveyors, compressors, and pumps. Troubleshoots, repairs or replaces control devices such as switches, photo eyes, proximity sensors, pushbuttons, contactors, motor starters, etc. As needed Troubleshoots repairs or replaces oven components such as burners, valves, bearings, scrapers, etc. Troubleshoots repairs or replaces pneumatic and basic electrical power components. Troubleshoots repairs or replaces PLC based control systems. Preforms work order repairs, inspections and adjustments as well as preventative and predictive maintenance tasks. Sets up and operates metal working equipment such as hand tools, welders, drill press, or grinders. Monitors and assists outside contractors on/outside the premises. Works closely with production, refrigeration and warehouse personnel to effectively resolve and eliminate plant and process problems.
