We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Phone Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through outbound and warm calling, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively communicating our products and services. Your ability to negotiate and build rapport will be essential in driving sales and expanding our market reach.
Duties
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and products. Engage in warm calling to follow up with leads and nurture relationships. Communicate clearly and effectively to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Utilize software tools to track interactions, manage customer information, and document sales activities. Negotiate terms with clients to close sales while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and lead generation. Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve service offerings.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in inside sales is preferred. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Familiarity with software tools used for tracking calls and managing customer data is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive attitude towards learning about our products, services, and market trends. *Monthly bonus* $17.00-18.00/hour Mondays - hours of operation 4am-2: 30pm
Tuesdays-Fridays 7a-4p
