Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:\n\n· Communicate with customers, vendors, and service technicians to understand the needs of the customer and identify proper solution and support\n\n· Review Service Activities and Work orders to gather information needed to provide accurate cost estimates for the recommended repairs\n\n· Support service technicians with researching equipment and locating repair parts\n\n· Maintain an organized sales process through CRM\n\n· Accurately estimate service and repair work using CRM\n\n· Consistently track and follow up with customers, close sales, and achieve sales targets/ goals\n\n· Maintain and promptly answer multiple customer questions concerning pricing and/or scope\n\n· Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with customers, vendors, service technicians, and dispatchers\n\n· Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as industry requirements\n\n· Remain current with industry trends and local events\n\n· Promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale\n\n· Regularly communicate and seek guidance from Sales Manager\n\n· Support and fill in gaps in sales team, when applicable\n\n· Other tasks and projects, as needed
Job Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
High school diploma or GED; college diploma preferred
5-7 years experience in customer service or sales in HVAC industry
Driven and passionate about our company vision and serving our customers
Highly organized and diligent
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Exceptional active listening skills, and verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data
Adaptability in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company
Flexibility to varying situations and surprise circumstances
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Dynamics 365
Understanding of smartphones, mobile applications, VoIP phones, computers, printers, copiers, and modern office technology
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
Must be able to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time
Must be able to work on ladders, lifts, and from high elevations
Must be able to work in confined spaces
Must be able to work in extremely hot and cold climates
