We are seeking a dependable and skilled Commercial Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of our commercial property portfolio. Job Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct routine property inspections and clearly report maintenance deficiencies, repair needs, and recommended improvements to the Property Manager Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs to ensure the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of commercial properties Support exterior property upkeep, including snow removal, trash removal, landscaping support, groundskeeping, and parking lot maintenance Perform painting, light carpentry, and minor electrical and plumbing repairs Respond promptly and professionally to tenant and management service requests Communicate effectively with tenants, visitors, vendors, and contractors, maintaining a high level of customer service Respond quickly to emergency maintenance situations and urgent tenant or client concerns Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency response, as required Complete all work in accordance with industry standards while maintaining a professional appearance and work ethic Perform additional duties as assigned to support property operations ________________________________________ Why Join Our Team Consistent, full-time hours with a stable company Competitive hourly pay with benefits Opportunity to develop and expand maintenance skills in a commercial environment Professional, respectful work culture
