We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace environment starting immediately through February 2026. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of human resources management, employment law, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
Job Requirements
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with employment & labor law, OSHA standards, and company objectives. Oversee talent acquisition processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Manage employee relations by addressing workplace conflicts, conducting investigations, and facilitating resolution strategies. Administer benefits programs including health insurance, workers' compensation, retirement plans, and other employee benefits. Lead performance management initiatives including employee evaluations, succession planning, and training & development programs. Ensure compliance with FMLA regulations and manage leave administration processes. Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning initiatives related to human capital management and organizational change management.
Skills
Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and contracts management. Strong negotiation skills for benefits administration and vendor management. Expertise in performance management systems and employee evaluation processes. Skilled in data analysis for HR metrics to inform strategic decisions; proficient in data collection tools. Excellent communication skills for effective presentation of HR initiatives to all levels of the organization. Capable of managing change management processes and implementing process improvements across HR functions. This role is integral to fostering a compliant workplace culture that promotes employee engagement while supporting the company's strategic growth objectives through innovative human resources practices.
