This position is physically demanding and involves working outdoors. Will work outside in field (during cold/warm weather), lifting seedlings, counting seedlings, bagging, and other outside duties. Responsibilities: Planting seeds and seedlings, watering, fertilizing, and pruning plants. They also monitor plant health, remove weeds, and apply pesticides as needed. They may also prepare soil, assist with harvesting.
