Job Requirements
Qualifications: Must have prior grounds maintenance experience. Must be able to use mowers push and zero turn; string trimmers, tillers, chainsaws, tractor, and blowers
Language Skills: Ability to read and write, comprehend simple instructions. Mathematical/Reasoning Skills: Able to follow instructions and do basic math. Certificates, Licenses Registrations: The employee must be able to regularly lift and or move 50-100 pounds, and occasionally move more than 100 pounds. Employee must be able to tolerate season Weather conditions which will require being out in the cold of winter and Hot of summer for long periods of time.
Work Environment: Employee will work outside in all weather Conditions and may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles and vibrations.
