Job Description

The Grounds Maintenance Foreman (GMF) is a hands-on position working with and training your crew to accomplish your daily task list in mowing, weed eating, edging beds, spring and fall clean-up procedures, mulching, annual flower planting, and small enhancement plantings

Job Requirements

Ability to work with all maintenance hand tools, power tools, small engine equipment, and lift and handle a variety of materials up to 50lbs.
Loading and unloading necessary equipment each day and ability to drive a truck and trailer.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, outdoors in all conditions, and able motivate your team to succeed in finishing daily task list within allotted time.
Equipment maintenance and repair coordinated with Field Supervisor
Weekend work possible
Snow work in winter
Other tasks and duties as assigned by Director of Operations

Valid driver s license and ability to drive under company insurance is mandatory
2 years experience on a maintenance crew working on residential and commercial
Ability to coach and develop crew members
Must pass background and drug screenings
Maintain an Agent license with the Arkansas Plant Board
