Operate CNC machine tools to fabricate parts according to blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.\n- Set up and adjust CNC machines to ensure precise and efficient production.\n- Utilize Mazatrol and GD&T knowledge to ensure accurate and precise part production.\n- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.\n- Measure and verify parts using micrometers and other precision instruments.\n- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing principles.\n- Develop and maintain expertise in tooling and machining techniques.\n- Fabricate parts using a variety of materials and processes, including plastics injection molding.\n- Load and unload materials and parts using a forklift.\n- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have 3-5 years experience
Must have own tools
Must be able to perform first article inspection and read blueprints
