Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining and programming, with the ability to operate various CNC machines including lathes and milling machines. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality control in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Requirements

Duties

* Operate CNC machines including CNC lathes and milling machines, ensuring adherence to specifications.
* Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
* Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions of machined parts.
* Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure compliance with GD&T standards.
* Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
* Collaborate with team members on the assembly line for efficient production flow.
* Handle materials safely and efficiently, including operating forklift for materials handling.
* Participate in fabrication processes using hand tools, welding equipment, and press brake machines as needed.


Experience

* Proven experience in a manufacturing facility with a focus on CNC operations and machining.
* Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLC) is preferred.
* Experience with flexo presses, stamping presses, or similar machinery is a plus.
* Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to work with tooling and fabrication processes.
* Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks is advantageous.
* Previous experience in quality control processes within a manufacturing environment is desirable.
* Basic math skills are essential for measurement calculations and adjustments.
