Starting Pay: $48/hr and up (negotiable)

About the Role:
We re looking for an experienced Sr. Systems Specialist to join the BAS team and play a key role in designing, commissioning, and building top-tier BAS systems for high-end commercial real estate clients. This is a hands-on, leadership-oriented position where you ll help drive projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction every step of the way.

What You ll Do:
- Design, service, and implement BAS systems with precision and professionalism.
- Set up and troubleshoot BAS networks (IP, RS-485) and verify I/O point-to-point.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the BAS team.
- Maintain project documentation, timecards, service activities, and inspection reports.
- Ensure a safe and organized work environment, using proper PPE at all times.
- Communicate regularly with your team, supervisors, and jobsite contacts.
- Assist with leadership and project management within the BAS department.
