Maintenance technician needed for fast paced 96- and 64-unit apartment complex in Maumelle with travel to Little Rock property once a week. Basic maintenance knowledge preferred, HVAC experience preferred but not necessary and must have own tools. Position takes call bi-weekly for afterhours emergencies with use of maintenance vehicle after probation period of sixty days is met.
Job Requirements
Must have a valid driver s license, must have an operable vehicle, and must be able to pass a credit and background check and drug test. Company offers PTO and benefits after probation period is met. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8-5 with exception to weeks on call.
