About the Role: ASAP Personnel is currently hiring an Administrative/File Clerk on behalf of one of our clients. In this role, you will be employed through ASAP Personnel and placed with our client to support their CSR Coordinators in a fast-paced office environment. This team operates in a high-energy, logistics-driven setting where no two days look the same ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, adapting to shifting priorities, and being part of a hands-on, team-oriented workplace
Schedule: Part-time (20 hours/week) for the first few weeks, transitioning to full-time (40 hours/week). Hours will fall between 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (schedule to be determined).
Job Requirements
- Filing and organizing documents - Printing and preparing paperwork - Light data entry - Answering and directing phone calls - Assisting CSR Coordinators with daily administrative tasks - Performing general office duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred) - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Good communication and professional phone etiquette - Previous administrative or clerical experience is required
