Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience with Accounts Receivable\nTakes care of incoming customers (phone & in-person)\n\n\nInvoices customers\n\n\nReviews customer accounts weekly, contacts customers\n\n\nMonthly customer statements\n\n*Takes care of getting drivers their invoices so they can leave to make deliveries around the state\n\nOrders supplies\n\n\nWill eventually learn the accounts payable position

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience with Accounts Receivable

Pay between $17-18 to start, depends on experience
Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
*Extreme attention to detail (detail oriented)
*Must have Excel spreadsheet experience
*Work efficiently independently
*Work & communicate efficiently with multiple people (team player)
