We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Duties
Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. Conduct account reconciliation to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded. Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. This person prepares the deposit each day. Posts all car deals to accounting. Stocks in incoming cars. Keeps up with commissions using excel spreadsheets. A few other things but those are the items that take up most of her time.
Job Requirements
Mon - Fri 730am-5pm - Rotate and work 1 Sat per month 9-3: 30 as the receptionist.
With experience working in a dealership start is $18 per hour. No experience $16.
