We are seeking a skilled Pulse MIG Welder to join our 2nd shift team in Kyle, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their welding career in a hands-on, supportive environment.
Position Overview: The successful candidate will start as a Fabricator while working toward welding certification. Once certified by welding engineer, you will transition into a Pulse MIG Welder role, with pay and title updated accordingly.
Job Requirements
As a Fabricator:
Measure, cut, and prepare materials for welding. Shadow experienced welders during training (Week 1). Complete sample weld tests (Week 2). Await test results and certification to transition into welder role (Week 3). As a Pulse MIG Welder:
Perform welding using Pulse MIG techniques. Follow blueprints, specifications, and welding procedures. Ensure quality and production standards are met. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Perform additional duties as required. Requirements:
2+ years of MIG welding experience. Background in Pulse MIG welding. Ability to lift 65 75 lbs. Ability to work a 10-hour shift, Monday Thursday, 1 PM 11: 30 PM. Reliable commute or willingness to relocate to Kyle, TX. Must bring personal welding gear to interview/sample weld. What We Offer:
Competitive hourly rate: $19.50 $22.50 (2nd shift) Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday Thursday, 1 PM 11: 30 PM Start as Fabricator until welding certification is obtained, then transition to Pulse MIG Welder with updated pay and title
