We are looking for a reliable Donation Pick-Up Driver to join our team! The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience operating a box truck or similar vehicle, as well as experience moving or lifting heavy items. This physically demanding role requires safely loading, unloading, and transporting donations while maintaining excellent customer service.
In this position, you will pick up and deliver donations from both commercial and residential locations throughout Austin and the surrounding areas, completing approximately 8 10 stops per day. Strong customer service skills are a plus, as you will be interacting directly with donors and representing our organization in a friendly and professional manner.
Job Requirements
- Must be able to safely load and unload the truck
- Heavy lifting required (up to 55 65 lbs)
- Must be familiar with the Austin and San Marcos areas
- Valid driver s license and clean driving record required
- Must wear appropriate PPE safety shoes or boots are required - Schedule: Monday Friday, with occasional Saturdays
