Job Description

The individual should have at least a year or two CS experience with a stable work history. They must be able to deal with customers via phone and email (Outlook).

Will need to work with sales reps requests using the same methods along with Excel reports.

JOB DESCRIPTION Summary/Objective Responsible for providing extraordinary customer service to all customers by acquiring in-depth knowledge of products and processes as well as communicating effectively with team members within the company.

Other responsibilities include:
Effectively manage incoming calls
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Responsible for taking customer orders via telephone, and processing the order
Contact customer via phone and/or email to obtain authorization to ship their order
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution
Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
Provide support to outside sales reps

Monday - Friday 8a-5p

Job Requirements

Must have experience working with computer programs such as SAP, Great Plains, Peachtree, etc as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Must have experience using Outlook email as a source of communication, follow up and organization
Strong verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to listen and understand instructions.
Two years previous Customer Service experience
