Local Little Rock Company Looking For A Full Time CSR
Employee works in Call Center answering phones, working online, and with incoming faxes or mail to assist customers.
Work Schedule is Monday-Friday, anytime between 7am to 6pm after training period is complete. 1 hour lunch. 1 fifteen minute break in the morning and 1 ten minute break in the afternoon.
We also work a rotating Saturday schedule during our busiest time of year, based on call volume. Normally, each CSR will work 1-2 Saturdays 4-5 months a year.
