The Seasonal Catering Coordinator will be working 10 months out of the year.
Working with the catering team to assure all events are scheduled and set up on time. Successful candidates will have relevant event planning experience, a strong work ethic, be positive attitude, energetic, have great attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflict and solve problems.Scheduling and communicating employees assignment regarding setup and the breakdowns of events. Communicating assignments to employees have their assignments and know what to do in regards to serving in designated areas at events. The ideal candidate will be well organized and have an eye for detail.
Catering Coordinator Responsibilities:

Strategic coordination of event logistics
Monitoring event timelines and maintaining event calendar
Managing inventory of supplies
Collaborating with media team to design event theme and prepare materials

Catering Coordinator Qualifications:

1 year event planning and operations experience
1 years of experience as a catering server, bartender or kitchen staff.
A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Basic mathematical skills
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
